About TechEscrow

TechEscrow is India's marketplace for used PC parts, built around one idea: nobody should have to trust a stranger with their money.

Why we built it

Buying a second-hand graphics card, processor or RAM kit today usually means classified listings, endless "is it available?" messages, and a leap of faith: pay first and hope, or meet a stranger and hope. Genuine sellers lose time to time-wasters, and buyers lose money to scams. We built TechEscrow to take the risk out of the deal for both sides.

How it works

1. Find a part and start a chat with the Seller.
2. Negotiate a price with offers. Once the Seller accepts, the price is locked.
3. Pay securely. Your money is held by our payment partner, not handed to the Seller.
4. We handle shipping. A courier collects the part from the Seller and delivers it to you.
5. Test it for 48 hours. If it works, confirm and the Seller is paid. If it does not, raise a claim and we review it.

What we stand for

• Safety first. Payment protection on every order, verified Sellers, and chat that keeps deals on the Platform.
• Transparency. Fees are shown before you pay: 3% for Buyers, 5% for Sellers, with GST only on those service fees.
• Fair disputes. Claims are decided on evidence, within clear timelines.
• Hardware people. We are PC builders and gamers ourselves, and we want used hardware to find a second home.
